How long are the sessions?

Energy work or CranioSacral sessions are typically 1-1/2 hours. Crystal bed sessions are typically 20-30 minutes.

Do you have gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available for any denomination. Feel free to contact me to arrange for them.

How often should I receive CranioSacral and/or energy sessions?

This will vary with individual circimstances. For more acute or urgent situations, several treatments within a period of a few weeks may be recommended. For more long term healing or to maintain optimal health, sessions every 4-6 weeks are often beneficial.

What can I expect to experience afterwards?

People's experiences vary widely with treatment options and personal circumstances. Often clients come away feeling more relaxed, balanced, better able to cope with the demands of life. Often there is relief from pain or discomfort. Some clients notice immediate shifts/changes though, especially with energy work, changes may unfold hours, days or weeks later.

I'm going to have surgery soon. Can energy work help that?

Yes, energy healing (and CranioSacral therapy as well) before surgery can allow your body to better handle the surgery. Treatments before and/or after surgery can promote faster healing and easier recovery.

How does a long distance sesson work?

I would contact you at the designated time. We would discuss what's going on for you and what you hope to accomplish during the session. After we terminate the call, you would lie down comfortably on a sofa or bed - usually for 45-60 minutes - while the healing is being done. When the healing is complete, I would then call you to let you know.

I usually like to delay any feedback until after you have rested a while and allowed the energy to be more fully integrated into your physical body. Feedback can either be done by email or phone.
