Energy healing works with the subtle magnetic energy field which exists in and around all living things.

As humans/individuals, our energy field is comprised of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves and the life we live. Each of our thoughts, regardless of content, create an energy.

Stresses, emotional wounds, fears and other events in our daily lives cause distortion in our energy field. These distortions disrupt the flow of energy to certain areas of the body – which impacts us on many levels, even to the point of illness or "dis-ease."

A basic foundation in energy healing is that the client is the ultimate healer. We the practitioners assist the client by removing distortion and balancing the energy field – thus allowing the body’s innate inner wisdom to heal itself.
