My Background

I work with the basic premise that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all interconnected. You cannot touch one without a ripple effect on the others. There is no one ‘magic bullet’, but rather a combination of treatments and therapies available to choose from. After talking one to one, I can discern which therapies are best suited to the individual’s needs.

Healing from any kind of disease, whether it involves mind, body or spirit is an inside job. Healing requires an individual to re-evaluate beliefs, thoughts, intentions, emotions, fears, and doubts.

My role as a healer begins as I work to create the safe space for healing to take place. Creating the setting to enable the client to find their ‘safe’ space and working as a partner to help them discover their inner wisdom and wholeness is a foundation of what I do.

Essentially, I assist so the body’s inner healer can again work in alignment and harmony, thus bringing healing and relief.

I thoroughly enjoy doing healing work. To me, the part I really love is to assist people in emerging into their authentic selves. Really, for them to experience their own worth and inner beauty, to come into alignment with their soul’s intention, it’s just the best thing you can imagine.

I feel blessed to witness others’ personal transformation, in part because I realize what a profound gift it is for me. It’s delightful to watch a person’s transformation as they experience their divine essence.

I try to make clients feel at ease. I approach each individual with genuine warmth, caring and of course, multi-faceted healing skills.

My Credentials

I am a graduate of, and teacher for, the three-year Core Star Energy Healing Certification Program, which is based largely on the work of Barbara Brennan.

Along with being a CranioSacral Therapist, I have also studied 5th Dimensional Healing, Medical Intuition, Reiki and Esoteric Healing. I am a certified massage therapist with an educational degree in Psychology.
